I went to Taylor Drug to pick up some emergency medical supplies for my wife this morning. They were supposed to open at 10am. I got there a few minutes early and waited and waited and waited. They did not open until 10:25am. During that time over a dozen people came and waited and most left. A delivery van came at 10am and waited until 10:20 and start to load his delivery back in his van and leave as the store employees finally drove up. This store lost a lot of business today for no reason!

Called to get my prescription and they put me on hold for ten min then when they answered they said very rudely what did u need today. The lady didn't even seem like she wanted to help. I told her is there a problem and she just said no and was like do u have a problem. I told her no just wanted to get a prescription and if that was alright. She just hung up on me and that was that... Forget this place very mean and rude especially if you ask about the prices they don't even want to tell you

One thing to say horrible customer service needs some work !!!!!!!!!! The blonde lady that works there needs a additude check
