My wife and I have had our returns done with M White and Associates for many years. They are courteous and professional, and we've never had any problems with their preparations.

I'd give zero if I could. We've used this firm & the one they purchased, Rogers & Rogers, for over 20 years. This year was a total fiasco. A preparer whose accent is so thick he cannot be understood. Lack of communication. Misapplied figures. Incorrect returns drafted. The "final" was off by $2000 bottom line, but we found the errors before we signed and had them correct it. They still are charging us full price. No acceptance of responsibility or apology, only telling us they graciously didn't charge us for the partner's time, which would not have been needed if the preparer was competent in the first place. Never going ack.
