1 - Dr Shurtz has a wonderful bedside manner with the animals & is always happy to refer on to a specialist if one is required. 2 - We love Dr. Shurtz's office! We have a 4 year old rescued pug and we drive the 50 minutes from Gunter to go to LVVC. They are always able to get us in ASAP especially if there is an issue with our dog. We don't ever have to wait a long time in the office. The staff is friendly and the Dr. takes her time and actually talks to you about your pet. She is informative and has always been able to answer all of our questions. Not to mention our pug loves her and never gets upset at the office. Although it is a drive for us to get there it is totally worth it! 3 - Dr Shurtz is a caring, expert Veterinarian. She has cared for our Libby for over 3 years and we will not go to anyone else. Fair prices, and a gentle touch. The perfect Veterinarian. Libby needed surgery this year, and the Dr was part of the entire process....we could not ask for more.
