This company worked me in Friday.. it was 105*. They were totally booked (and after telling Linda, the lady who answeres the phone and schedules the appointments my special situation) they worked me in. The man who came out was hot, he had been in an attic for the past two hours, he was very nice, didn't complain, worked like I was the first customer of the day. He showed me the fried lizard he removed from the outside unit.. collected a check and left! This is the best company I have had the pleasure of doing business with since moving to Frisco five years ago. I found a company, that is trustworhty, fast and honest. I will certainly call them in the future whenever I need their services. I also noted from their invoice, they do heating, electrical and plumbing as well as air-conditioning.

I've tried several home services (plumbers, electricians, etc.) and I'll never use anyone else. They saved me significant $$ by providing honest service. I've now signed a service agreement with them and have the peace of mind that if any home emergency happens, from the air conditioner to the plumbing, Devards will be there - fast! Their service is the kind you would expect from a small town shop from years ago - they're GREAT!!!

Another a/c comapany had told me I needed to replace my entire unit over 2 years ago. I called Devards. They cleaned and adjusted my unit and charged a very reasonable price. The unit has worked perfectly since. I am now on their regular maintenance agreement and have been pleased with all their technicians.
