BEWARE!!! Don't deserve 1 star. I had prepaid for the month of July because I had signed up for the membership. I decided to end my membership in June so $21.95 for the month of July should have been refunded. After calling SEVERAL times and being told that the refund needed to be run past the owner and NEVER receiving a call back, I finally get to talk to the owner only to get the run around and told that it was explained to me no refunds only a credit. If that was the case then why did the woman that supposedly explained no refunds tell me she needed to speak with the owner to see how to go about the refund? I will NEVER go there again or advise anyone to go there or Extreme Tanning that they are buying. In all the years of dealing with them have I never been so disgusted. It's the new owner. The previous owner was always forthcoming and put her customers first. My advice would be to save your money and find a reputable business to tan.

This place is nasty and filled with rude people and bugs, and their versa spa is not clean and Does not use versa products, take your business someplace else!!!!!!

every where i look is scuzy nasty filth. it can't be health to wash dry or tan here
