WDC management company is very professional I'd apply for this apartment over 3 years prior and I'm sure they've had thousands of applicants over those years and for them to have remembered me was awesome to begin with I ended up moving into my apartment about a month ago I have had no issues so far this neighborhood is so quiet and well-maintained I have never seen such a queen maintain Department before this one I'm very happy with them and I appreciate them never forgetting about me and my family recommend this company

I rented one of their places a little over 4 years. At first it was great until my husband lost a job and we had no income for a month. After that the company started harassing with phone calls and leaving threatening messages claiming we will be evicted. Very rude and disrespectful people. They also treat tenants like children and believe managers instead of tenants. This place is a family based conspiracy. I recommend never renting from them as they are unprofessional.

Excellent Management company that cares about their tenants and DOES PROVIDE written 30 days notice of any changes to all tenants. Takes great care of the apartments and is very professional. Only tenants that do not pay rent or follow rules or the lease are the ones that are complaining! Would recommend to anyone needing low income housing!

Only complainers seem to be those people who lived there and either did not pay their rent or did NOT know how to abide by the rules or their lease. Have lived at one of their properties many years now and find it to be well maintained & quiet. They provide written notice of any changes that will be taking place and post it to their bulletin boards. No issues with being notified of anything. Would recommend any of the communities they manage. The staff is professional and polite in all my dealings with their office.

This management company changes regulations mid stream without notice to its renters. They will also give the perspective renter misinformation and deny the information was ever given. I have asked for printed copies of new regulations that took effect on Jan 1st 2007 and was told that the regulations were discussed at a meeting and are in place however printed copies are unavailable. Very irresponsible management.Communication between WDC and the renters is extremly poor. Renters are not informed prior to changes taking effect.I would not recommend anyone renting from this management company.
