I went to this tanning salon and had a GREAT INITIAL reaction for my first two visits. The girl was friendly, kind, patient and just wonderful. I was going to get a package for my daughter home from college. It was just delightful. HOWEVER - I then went for my third day and there was a different person who was just rude beyond rude; condescending, impatient and made me feel just horrible. It was a horrific experience. Even if you are explaining something to a customer who doesnt get it, doesn't mean you have to be rude about it. I wasn't upset by the rule; I was more upset by how it was presented. One person was wonderful and friendly. One person was rude and ridiculsouly mean. So I don't know what to make of this salon. Are they friendy or mean? So I wanted to pull out. I had just bought at ten-package deal and used two of them. I wanted a refund for my UNUSED portion and they refused. I asked for the owner to call me back. He didn't. I went back and was given his number. I called and left a voicemail. I then texted. He responded to my text by another text saying his understanding was different than mine and that NO REFUNDS (EVEN FOR THE UNUSED PORTIONS) would be allowed!!!! So I am, as they say, totally scr--wed!!!!!! I would be VERY CAREFUL about going here - you never know what you get: a good and kind and friendly girl or a mean, rude and condescending girl and an owner who doesn't care about a customer's concern, relies on other hear-se and GIVES NO REFUNDS even for UNUSED PORTIONS!!! SHOCKING!

GREAT BEDS, CHEAPEST PRICES IN THE AREA. the new owners are awesome, they know the tanning business very well, there customer service is great and the place is clean (very important)! the owners are only the second people to own the place. oh and they are open longer than any other tanning place in the area. great place made me feel like family!! new name is COLOR ME BRONZE TANNING SPA

DO NOT GO HERE! Much better tanning places around! Always go out of business with new owners! I lost my unlimited monthly for $50 because the closedthere doors and now reopen under another name! WATCH OUT HERE!
