I shop here regularly with excellent customer service. The owner and employees are pleasant and helpful and their tool selection and material quality put the local Home Depot to shame.

Went in and bought a 500+ $ piece of equipment. When I got home I decided to check pricing and realized I could get it cheaper and it came with the grating rod. I called him to inquire about the price difference and the missing piece.. Now even if he hadn't beencwillimg to work anything out I expect respectful customer service. He was VERY rude. He just said "you know what, I'm not going to deal with this, just bring it back in" I do not reccomend this place to anyone. This is a small community and I think most people try to keep a little bit of good customer service going. Not gonna find that here. I'd rather wait a couple extra days to get a better price, more for my money and no disrespect.

Went in for an emergency fix on my finish gun and needed it right away. They not only delivered but offered me their personal gun to work with while mine was being repaired. When I explained to them the project I was working on he suggested a different type of finish gun that I ended up buying. It worked beautifully. These people know their stuff and have great customer service with reasonable pricing on very professional equipment. I will be referring people to them in the future with out hesitation.
