      I know that Wolbert Auto Body & Repair is always looking out for my best interest. They would never charge me or insurance company for something that was not needed. The staff is very helpful and knowlegdable. I will go there anytime I need body/mechanical work and recommend everyone I know.

      I will never bring my car to be fixed here, nor suggest anyone to do so. My car was to be ready on a Friday. By noon I never received a call so when I called I was told my car won't be ready till Tues. Wed the latest. Called Tuesday I was informed if I don't hear back by 5 that day it will be done Wed. Same thing. No call all morning. So when I call I'm informed that they are working on my car to call Friday. They had my car for a month. Its unaceptable to treat customers this way and to keep them in the dark. Atleast call to say there was a delay its going to take longer. Each time I called I got a different receptionist, and each one had attitude from the start. If your looking for horrible service~this is the place for you.

      Wolbert did an amazing job restoring my car after an accident. The paint job on the side they fixed looks better than the original on the undamaged side. They worked directly with my insurance and made it all easy. I will definitely use them again.

      THIS IS A PLACE YOU DEFINITELY WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR. My family has been dealing with Wolbert's for over 20 years. I recently had my 2007 car in for body repair and when it was done, my car looked brand new. I am glad my insurance company highly recommended them because not only do they guarantee their work, they would have been my first choice anyway. Also, Wolbert's made my rental car process easy. Arrangements were made for Enterprise to pick me up for my rental car and I just had to dtop the rental off at Wolbert's when my car was ready. Another note to mention: My car was done within the time frame Wolbert's had estimated. Also, while I was there, whether people were getting an estimate or picking up their car for service or body work, I witnessed how the staff treated everyone, and was very impressed to see that the customer was treated with respect and dignity. As we all know, this is hard to find nowadays.
