      Service poor. We had an appointment scheduled for 8 am and both of us stayed home from what we had planned. SSA instead sent its service person to fix the system at the owner's son's house. Nobody called us. We have been sitting here waiting. How about a courtesy call to let us know? How about serving the customers before the owner's son?

      We're extremely happy we went with SSA!! Sales rep. was very knowledgeable, and called post-install to assure our satisfaction! Their installer was curteous and professional. He worked efficiently and removed all debris upon completion. Have found the system very easy to use, and highly recommend Security Systems of America! Tom & Gigi Beatty
