I travel a lot and was in Pittsburgh last week (where my car is registered, etc). I had a chip on my windshield and was worried it would not pass inspection. Ryans came out to fix it and told me that it did not need it but did it anyway (it had already gone through insurance so I agreed). But he did not put the rear view mirror on right. My father was in the hospital having a very serious surgery so I asked Ryans to go up to Baierl Acura while I was at the hospital to fix it. I called in the evening and they said that it was fixed. However, when I got the car I realized that it was not. The next morning at 7:15am the same guy knocked on my parents' door and said he would fix it. I came back from the hospital later that day and the rear view mirror "wiggled" when I drove - again not put on right. Then I also noticed and glue on the windown in my driving view. So I called AGAIN and asked them to fix it and just replace the glass. Finally, on the fourth or fifth time, they got it right but did not put my BRAND NEW inspection stickers back on. So i had to go to Acura again and pay $12 and wait half an hour for new stickers. I called and complained and wanted my money back and the manager claimed "well i lost money by giving you a new windshield." He was SUPPOSED to do that, but he did not care one bit about the trouble that they caused me during this hard time
