We bought our grill 20 years ago from Pittsburgh Gas & Grill, Wow it worked great! So 20 years later we upgraded to a new model and the installation was on-time, efficient and professional. The new grill is perfect for all of our grilling and smoking needs. Thanks Rico for making new grill memories for us!

The Experience I Had with Pittsburgh Gas Grill Was A Fantastic One to say the Least. To be Honest im not exactly shore what the other reviews are about. But to me they seem to be a personal issue More than a Review Of the Company over all. From the start I Worked with Older Gentleman Named Mike. Being in sales in the past, The knowledge of the product an company this man had was Something to be envied. After we Picked out the Grill that was Right For me. We moved onto setting up the install on a day that worked out for everyone. The Two younger Guys that Came to my home to do the installation Were Very Polite , introduced themselves and began to gather the information needed to do the installation properly. Overall this experience was 1000% in my book. The only issue i could ask them to work on would be to Just Call Before or when they are on their way to do the install. Even though on second Glance it is coming up on Grill Season and i would imagine that they are very Busy. THank you

I have contacted Pgh Gas Grill 4 times, I left messages 3 of the times and actually spoke to someone once, who said they would come out later that day to service my fireplace {that I had just purchased from them for over 800.00 less than 2 weeks earlier} no one came or called the day promised and I can not get a return call. Very poor service.

Called for service. Left mess. took 1-1/2 days to call back. Couldn't make specific appointment. They were to call me back next day and let me know when they could come. They didn't call back and now its 5 days later.
