What can you say? This company performed no work on my home and now refuses to return my deposit. My main distaste with the company is with a Ms. Eloise Betts, the VP of the company. This woman is rude and very unprofessional. She promises to call and then doesn't. So you call her back and she says, oh well, not sorry for not getting back with you. She also references how you are only 1 in 60,000 customers they deal with. Advice, any company that needs a down payment is not a good company to do business with. Please find another contractor and never give a down payment. Protect yourself.
