      I have been with McElhinny Insurance (Erie) for several years now. I did review rates with other companies last fall, and nobody could beat my current rate with them! They are also very personable, and (during business hours) there is always someone I can call directly, with no automated phone system (pushing 1, 2, 12, 32 until I can talk to a human). I have 2 cars and my homeowners with them, and wouldn't change a thing. Thanks!

      I want to thank the McElhinny Insurance Agency for helping me with my auto insurance. They gave me a great rate, explained everything to me, and made switching companies very easy. I would recommend them if you are looking for a great insurance agency.

      Our third generation, family run insurance agency was started in 1960 by Grandfather Dennis McElhinny. Son Richard McElhinny started with the firm in 1973 and is a boat coverage specialist. Richard brought his sons Timothy McElhinny, CIC, LUTCF into the agency in 1988, and Thomas McElhinny, CIC, LUTCF in 1989. We currently employ 6 full-time licensed insurance agents and a life insurance specialist.
