Took my car to get it inspected and when I went to pick it up, they did not have my owners and insurance cards to return to me. They gave them to another customer. Ok, mistakes can happen and they assured me they would contact the customer and get them back for me. Two days later, they told me they got them and I went to pick them up and they only had my insurance card. Their response was "you can just go get another one made and we will reimburse you". I am a very busy person and their attitude annoyed me. I ordered a replacement and last Saturday, they called and said they got it back and would put it in the mail with a check to reimbursement for the duplicate I ordered.It is a week later and I still do not have it. I called today and got the response "yeah I saw it laying here, let me check to see where it is". They are very unprofessional and obviously do not care about the customer. If they are not responsible with paperwork, I don't want them taking care of my car.

Took my car there last year to have brakes checked. Would not let me take the car without them being repaired and paid almost $500. Have had it back three times this year for the brakes and they are still not fixed. They are grinding and I'm afraid I will have to replace brakes and rotors in less than one year. Recently took the same car there to have the brakes checked, and they were never checked. Car was overheating and asked them to flush the antifreeze and check cooling system. They told me my head gasket was shot and that my car was "fatal". Took it to another auto care and after a compression test all it was was the thermostat and the heater core was clogged. Do not trust them at all.

I took my car in for a rattling under the dash they said it was a bushing. It cost me $259 to have one replaced. The rattling continued. I took my car to another mechanic and the rattling was just something loose under my dash. The guy fixed it with one finger. If you take you vehicle here I guarantee they will find something to fix and it will not be cheep. That was not the first time I used them.
