Completely unprofessional. Very expensive closing costs. They took 2 weeks to pay off my mortgage. They kept making excuses, telling me the check was mailed. Then they said they had to cancel it and send a wire. Now I've been waiting for over a week to get a refund for the additional fees and payments I had to make due to their inteptitude. They told me they mailed it last week, then blamed a temp who "forgot to mail it". I think they'll tell me that the dog ate my check next... I've never dealt with such incompetence.
