Call this store anytime during normal business hours and the person "working" does not answer the phone. If you call too many times, they answer and hang up. Funny thing, I when I got to the store and saw NO CUSTOMERS in the store, I tried calling again and the same thing happened. Isn't this employee being paid to answer calls and assist customers. Management is asleep at the wheel. I was coming in to purchase a $600 phone. I will go elsewhere - to a mobile service provider that actually answers their telephone. Wow.

CRICKET SUCKS!!! Their service sucks so does their phones. Yes they are cheap with no contract but when you buy a phone one person will tell you one thing then a week later it starts having defaults and come to find out they won't do anthing about it. The blond lady should relize that the costomer is ALWAYS RIGHT. She said that we would have a 20 minute drive if we went to monroville at 445pm any one in pittsburgh know that aint true. This aint the first incident I've had with this store/provider. We just bought the phone on the 20th of nov and its broke all ready and we paid full price for a refebished phone cause the guy that sold it LIED. If you can avoid this store then I'd go somewhere else the employes might be nicer or just call corprite if you can the their web site has lots of phones at better deals and you get them cheaper new and quick. They had me paying for internet and 411 for 6 months and wouldn't connect it for me. If you can get a phone at another store or provider I would boost if unlimited and no contract and they are threw sprint who is freaking great I loved when I had them :)
