Whew! Every once in a while you run into service that is so bad you feel a need to share it in order to warn others to be careful dealing with this business. I took them a relatively simple problem of lost photos (in the cloud). However, it was critical to retrieve them as they were the basis of a presentation in 3 weeks. They said 3-5 days; I called in 4 days and was told they had been unable to get to it because they were "slammed". I was out of town but continued to press them to look into my problem FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10 DAYS with the same excuse. When I returned, I found they had never moved the computer and simply handed it back and said to take it somewhere else if I didn't want to wait. I can't adequately express a reaction to their complete lack of service and accountability other than I will never use or recommend their business.

I have them do several jobs at my office and he is there that day or next gets the job done and has resonable prices. If you have a PC problem I highly recomend.

I've taken several of my machines to Computing Plus. Caleb & Angie do top quality work, they are friendly and easy to work with, and still manage to have the best rates in town! Seriously, so far Caleb has rebuilt my desktop (when the motherboard fried), salvaged all my data from an old PS3 and transferred it to a new PS3, and helped me set up a LAN in my home. And most of the time, the work is done the same day I take it in!

I brought my laptop in to Computer Repair Service because I saw an ad in the Morning Sun newspaper. They were very prompt on service and very reasonably priced. My computer is fixed and they were GREAT to deal with, highly recommended!
