I needed two golf shirts monogramed with my company's name on each; for a baby expo that I was attending. I explained to tech the color & style wanted & was told that it would be about an hour. Sure enough, an hour later the shirts were ready for pick-up & the work was impeccable! A couple of days later I decided to have a couple of longsleeve shirt done, once again outstanding work!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences from a retail location. Qualty of merchandise is very poor and they do not stand behind what they sell. Purchased an item and it tore the very next day!

The Monogram Shop is BY FAR the best place for monogramming I have EVER been to!!! Everyone who works there is so incredibly nice to me every time I come in there! I have a 3 year old little girl & needless to say, I am obsessed with monogramming and I take every single item I need to this shop!! They have always done a beautiful job on all my my daughter's clothes & bags!! I am very picky and a perfectionist, especially when it comes to my daughter's clothes, & they have always exceeded my expectations with both the product and customer service! The owner is SO sweet to me and knows my little girl by name :) I have nothing bad at all to say about this shop!! I would recommend and have recommended this shop to ALL my friends and family!!! :)

Today, I brought in a couple of towels to get monogramed for my bestfriend to have when she goes off to college. I was so pleased with the young lady that worked there because she was such a great help. Not only did she give me ideas for colors and fonts, but she was very patient with me. After about 20 minutes of being undecided, I finally came up with what I wanted and was excited to see the final product. After an hour, I returned to the shop and was beyond thrilled with the way the towels came out. Thank you Monogram Shop!!

I Purchased a cute duffle bag for a graduation gift. It came out BEAUTIFUL!!!! The only problem was.. "I".. gave them the wrong Initials. The owner said "No Problem". They removed the stiches. You couldn't even notice them once they were removed!. I was soooo.. Pleased!!! They Re-Monogrammed the duffle with the Correct initials. I Could not believe how Nice it Looked I was so Happy!!! :) Then to top it off they said... No Charge!!!They Could Have double charged me or could have said it was not their problem, but they didn't !!!, You can't get that kind of service anywhere.

They Do Awesome Work, They have absolutely Fantastic Customer Service, They are Fast, And they give you great suggestions for gift ideas!!! I have bought many gifts there.

But this service went above and beyond .....I am truly Thankful

I Reccomend The Monogram Shop!!!! Over and over...

I visited this shop with a friend, recently, to find a gift for another friend's birthday. We took our time and finally found something to suit my needs (the selection isn't all that wonderful, but understandably since it's a small shop), despite the woman attempting to push me towards the pricier goods without asking what I was looking for AT ALL. When I arrived at the counter, the woman completely usurped my order, insisting that I shouldn't choose the colours I knew my friend would love. I'm not talking about a suggestion--I'm saying this woman literally took the thread the girl handling my order had brought down for me and put it back on the shelf. After this, the woman acted like I'd "sprung" on them the idea of a pair of flip flops on the bag, and insisted she couldn't finish the bag on the same day, which was fine with me. Despite the fact that I agreed with the time it would take, the woman then blamed me for changing my mind and essentially pulled an attitude with me. Throughout this whole thing, the salesgirl in me held her tongue and tried to keep the peace. Obviously this woman has absolutely no prior experience in sales.



After all this, I still paid more than some thread and the time to run a machine actually cost, mostly because I'd already gone through all that. EVEN AFTER THAT, they didn't call me when my order was ready like they'd agreed to. I called three times and was put on hold for 8+ minutes the first two times (I don't have time to wait on someone to pick up a phone for a simple question). The third time, someone finally picked up and told me that my bag was already finished days ago.



To sum it all up, 66% of the saleswomen I came into contact with in this store with were incorrigible. They were rude, thoughtless, and far too controlling for the sales industry, period. I waited to actually get the product before writing this because I thought perhaps the work would redeem their behaviour, but honestly it's mediocre, probably produced by an older machine (I have a machine that handles small embroidery, so I'm fairly aware of the capabilities). Unless you're willing to be treated like dirt and let someone else choose EVERY aspect of your project for you, don't bother with this place. There are far more professional places.

The Monogram Shop @ Carolina Place Mall has the BEST customer service ever. Went in for a last minute shower gift, they have the cutest stuff! Got the gift, had it personalized, and even gift wrapped all within an hour!!! I have to say I was very pleased!!!! I recommend this store to everyone!!!!
