Custom care restoration did a great job after our fire. I was really happy how well they did with our insurance to have everything covered. I really like how quick they were able to get our house back in shape so we can get our lives back. They really made a good impression on us.

Custom Care Restoration and the team that came to my house were very professional and helped me understand the whole process I went through when I had my dishwasher drain overflow and flood my kitchen floor. I was very impressed with their honesty, workmanship and concern for my home. Thank you to the wonderful guys at Custom Care Restoration for helping us out of a bad flood issue in our home. My 8 year old left the shower curtain outside the tub, took a 20 minute long shower and practically flooded the first floor. We appreciate the professionalism and empathy they had for us. I would recommend them to others very highly.

My family and I came home from church with a bathroom of standing water. It was a nightmare. Thankfully the team at Custom Care Restoration were quick to respond on a Sunday and handled my insurance claim professionally. We even had them install new hardwood floors that look beauftiful. We were highly pleased with the professionalism, quality, and thouroughness provided by Custom Care Restoration. We were facing an unusually severe mold issue that involved the entire property due to tenant neglect over several months. It was so bad the entire condo had to be gutted. Bill and his team did an excellent and thorough job to properly remediate the issues, which included two rounds of remediation due to the severity of the mold issues. Custom Care Restoration did a great job in communicating the status of the project, what to expect, and never exceeded costs. I highly recommend this company!

The absolute worse company to do business with. Failed to substantiate charges and extremely poor service.

The restoration crew was good, but the reconstruction crew was horrible. They could manage their way out of a wet paper bag. Nothing completed on time, subcontractors always late, slow, work incomplete and nothing scheduled in a timely or orderly manner. Save your self the hassle. Don't use this company for the reconstruction.
