its a joke,i have worked here for a while,they will not spend no money here i dont have anything in the office but they call this a business,it had gotton better for a while because i myself would pickup garbage,run people outta here with there loud music,haul off old vehicles not running,it has been nothing but drugs and trash here,the biggest problem they have someone over me that has book sense but no common sense,she 1 instead of a 1.00 for air filter she will let it burn up and buy a new unit at her own time,no consideration for the renters,20-30 years ago i would recommend this place but not these days,if u someone thats into drugs r sits around and does nothing like her son you may get a job here,lol. the biggest problem is sewage backing up and plumbing problems.
