I am very Disappointed in Harold Pointer Auto. I purchase Tires from them in October 2017 for my Car everything was good. so I decided to be a Repeat Customer I took my Car There January 3 2018 and told them my Steering wheel is vibrating and to fix it. Drop it off 7;30 in the Morning there were only 2 Cars there. I went back every 3 Hours and my Car was in the same spot I Spoken to the Lady in the Office at 1:00 in person she looking at me like i am Crazy are a black man dosnt have any money. Excuse is all she gave clearly they didnt want my business so i went back at 3;30 and my Car was in the Same place so i took my Car back.. I will take it to the Dealership tomorrow where they know how to treat people. Please Everyone take your Car some where else for Service. Don"t take your Business to Harold Pointer Tires.
