Wish I had read all of this before I sent in my check. He said he would have my can out last Friday-nothing. I called Monday morning, he said that afternoon or Tuesday morning. It is now Wednesday and no can. WOW!!

For over a year now the service has never picked up before 2:00 on thursday so I put my can out before I leave for work. This thursday they pick up before 7:00 am. My can went out at 7:15. I called for 2 days to get it picked up and no one ever came back. I was told to just leave it out there. Well, how many days am I suppose to leave it out there? Give me a date and a time window and I will have it out there!

Still have an ongoing issue with lack of service and lack of respect with this trash provider. No service for weeks I contact them daily I have contacted BBB also. Worse trash service in the state!

The one and only good thing I can say is this was very affordable. However being late or never show, damage trash cans, leave nasty fluid stains in front of driveway. Most importantly terrible customer service and won't communicate. Don't start a business without customer service! Unprofessional.

Too bad there isn't a negative rating. This is the worse trash service ever! They never pick up on time, forget you half of the time, and are rude!

Horrible company. Pick up garbage and if anything falls out just leave on ground. 3 days late so I call about pickup. Lady says not gonna pick up this week. Really? Guess what. I won't be paying for this week

This has been a very good service for me throughout my 7 years of service very nice and friendly people and I recommend them to all my friends and family thank yall Mt Pilot for ur good work
