They are the best in the business, Kathy and Wendy are awesome.

I changed my son's doctor to Pico Urgent Care and Family Medical Center in Pico Rivera and was VERY disappointed! Not only did the doctor not return my calls, but they greatly lacked customer service skills. They do not know how to treat their patients, I can't believe how poorly they conduct business!!



I called for a copy of a note saying my son can return to his after school program and they weren't able to provide one as they don't keep these documents on file! Kathy, their office supervisor, insisted I called my son's school and have them send a copy over. While I was explaining the urgency of my situation, she hung up on me and decided to call the school herself. When I called her back and told her she hung up on me she said "yeah you were hanging up on me, so it's mutual". I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. I left a message for the doctor and still haven't heard from him.



That same day I changed my son's doctor.
