These are Cahokia Flour Company, Federal Bakers, Karp s, Kirkland & Rose and Westco Products. Local management teams decide each day what products, services and support are needed to fill the needs of customers in each individual market. Manufactured products include bread, cake and brownie mixes, cookies, cr me cake batters, croissants, Danishes, donut mix, icings, muffins, frozen batters and puff pastries. BakeMark s services customers throughout North America with more than 30 market centers including operations in Oregon, Texas, California, Missouri, Georgia and New York.
