I found everything I needed to get started on my chicken flock. The price was very reasonable and the staffs were just wonderful.

This store never fails us. Recently, I tried to procure some food grade diatomatious earth (safe for humans & animals). Western Ranchman has it! Very important to buy the food grade. The kind used in pools is poisonous to animals. We use the food grade to kill ants around the garden & beneath the legs of animal food dishes. It cuts & dehydrates insects. Some people very carefully apply it to their dogs & cats to cut down a tick/flea problem. Some folks use it in the horses feed to kill worms. Some use it on their chickens & in their feed! We also wear a mask so that we don't breath in the dust.

They are stocking feed, suppliments and minerals just for me... new items just for the aniamls I am raising, They do go the extra mile in helping their customers in getting what they want/need for their animals. Staff is great in helping find the right item that is needed. Always there to help. I travel from the far west valley to this store due to the quality of feed and the care and service of the employe's. Thanks Western Ranchman for making my feed shopping so easy !

I can't say enough great things about WR! Service is great, friendly and all the staff is informative. I feel WR is like visiting family when I go in! Whoever had written about poor service must have been there when there was something going on beyond control! I drive a long way just to see their cheery faces and purchase my supplies!

I called about chicks and got tons of great information from the owner. She was very helpful and helped me pick the right chicks for my needs. They also have food in bulk or bag which is great to choose from. I also checked out the feeders and waterers which were less expensive at this store than online. Thanks so much for your help! I will definely be back!CG

Bought and paid for 2 bags of Envison Classic on Jan 5th 2010, Told Michael I would be up Saturday (9th) to pick it up, drove 178 miles called to get directions, was told by Dotti the feed had been sold! After driving all that distance only to find out they sold the feed that had already been sold to me!!!! 360 mile round trip for NOTHING!!!! As of today I still do not have a refund. I will never recommend this store to anyone. Worst customer service I have ever delt with!!!!Joan Davis, Sierra Vista AZ
