      Customer Service unreliable!! BEWARE!

      Senior Citizens should be aware that when purchasing a product which Medicare will reimburse you for, DO NOT pay in advance! This company has not filed Medicare papers for a lift chair part that I purchased in Sept. 2006 and they have ignored my several requests to do so.
