Out of the seven or so places I called, Riteway was a win on all fronts. They had the car door I needed for my Honda and in the right color! That was luck of course. Even better: quoted the same price as a couple of other places and cheaper than several others to boot! Perry was pleasant to work with---no complaints about service at all. Couldn't be happier.

I have shopped at Arizona Auto Parts for many years and again recently had great service.

I walked in looking for a part for a 2002 Buick. Asked the guy behind the counter if he had it- he pointed to a sign that said "$100.00 minimum for any item retrieved from yard" and said- " I don't know. do you want to pay $100.00 for it?" He was extremely rude. I am new to Arizona (2 weeks) and the internet ads and their web page certainly don't say anything about such a ridiculous minimum fee. fortunately I ran across another salvage yard down the road and bought my part for $7.00.

they knew what they had, they were very polite and made the extra effort of checking on a part that wasnt listed but he thought they had.

Just checked the price for a Town and Country tail light assembly, it was well over $100. All the other sites quote between $70 and 40 FOR NEW ASSEMBLIES. I guess I was wrong in assuming a used tail light would be cheaper. Granted I checked it with thier online tools and did not speak to a person directly, a real person may quote a better price. I did double check that I had the right part and description for the search and it was still well over $100.

The guys here were really helpful and knew a lot. They had the part I needed and I was very happy the quality too.

I saved over 150.00 dollars on a used bumper for my 2001 ford ranger. A ford dealer ship wanted 354 dollars for everything new. if i need something for my truck i will be going there again. Thanks guy!
