This is the third apartment complex I've moved into in the last three years after my home went into foreclosure along with everyone elses it so seems.

I've dealt with everything in my past apartments from cockroaches to rude neighbors, loud parties, crime, unprofessional management - you name it! So moving in at Ridge gate has been a pleasent experience in comparision.

The office staff is friendly and mainteance has been polite and prompt.

Mainteance did have to come out twice to repair my stove but on the third time they replaced it.

I also have not had a single pest in or around my apartment - thank God, because I hate to see creepy crawlies! The biggest complaint I have here is dog doo and the motorcycles, but both are not that much of a deterant.

I do recommend this apartment.

Yp app has information that is not current with apartment complexs this needs to be fixed asap and stop posting ads that is not true and false advertising things on here

Absolute worse apartment I've ever lived in. They had promised a specific apartment from the get go and then rented it to someone else. We ended up settling for a different floor plan. The day we moved in we went to the office and complained that it was filthy and they never sent cleaning services The staff is highly unprofessional and no help whatsoever. Within a week I realized what an awful choice I had made by moving in.. From the outside it looks decent but everything is broken don't even bother putting work requests in, they won't to fix them. Theres kids constantly screaming and people partying. The washer and dryer didn't work the entire miserable 2 months that I stayed here. The water is extremely harsh, they covered up mold that had grown in the bathroom with paint. The assistant manager Jessica is extremely rude. they will make you pay to break a lease but won't fix ANYTHING which is completely illegal if you pay to have basic amenities they should atleast be met. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!

how much is it to live there

Worst place I have ever lived. Upstairs tenant, noise everyday, excessive, management promised to do something about it, never did. I ended up having to move because I could not relax and enjoy the apt. Every time the upstairs used the toilet or shower, I could hear it. (not to mention when there were getting busy in the bedroom, I could hear every noise) It was HORRIBLE. Cost me almost 2000.00 to break my lease. They would ruin my credit if I didn't pay it. They have no sense of responsibility, management is a joke. Owners of the company (NALS) don't care either. I sent a letter and got a response back from a person in "Risk Management", meaning they don't care about anything or anyone as long as they get paid. They see dollar signs not people. I would not move in here, there are plenty of apartments in the area that are much better and management that actually manages. I am not out to give a black eye to Ridgegate, I'm looking out for those people who will move in here and then get screwed. It's not worth the risk... It's really not.
