Pinnacle is the WORST. This place is slow. They don't do their job, and they act like they dont care. I was hurt and out of work and getting a workman's comp check every two weeks and my case manager (if he should call himself that) decided to take a week vacation but forgot to put through paperwork to get my check. My check was over a week late.
