I am in love with this bridal shop! Everyone there is so nice, the make you feel so comfortable. I went to David's bridal and lili lotte couture before going here and both were horrible experiences, I left in tears. I ended up finding the perfect dress for a reasonable price at Kaira's Bridal. Everything went just as they said, there were no surprises. I would highly recommend this shop. It was one of the best experiences I had with planning my wedding. I even sent all of the groomsmen and my future husband there to get their suits! Amazing experience!!! By far the best place to go for wedding dresses and suits. The owner and the girls working there make you feel like family and they listen to what you are saying and make honest suggestions and recommendations. This is a shop you can trust! If I had to do it all over again I would go back to Kaira's bridal and tuxedo!!

Very poor customer service. All about their contracts but do not keep their end of the deal for rentals. Very unprofessional and rude to me!

Best Bridal Shop in the Valley. I bought my dress here last weekend and it was an amazing experience. They had the best selection, the best staff, and the best prices. The staff bent over backwards to find me a dress that was everything I dreamed of and in my price range. I felt like a princess in my dress and could not be happier. I walked out of there on Cloud 9 (unlike the tears I was shedding when I left Davids Bridal the day before). I was even happier that I could get everything I needed for my wedding in one place. Having bridesmaids, tuxes, flower girl dresses, all my accessories all from the same place was perfect. No running around shop after shop. Just want to thank everyone there for a great experience. Everyone needs to go there.

I came in to town on Thursday for a Saturday wedding, My son was to be in the wedding and needed a Tuxedo. He had not been fitted yet. They fitted him on Friday and sent us on our way. The service was great and the the employees went out of their way to make us feel special. The store was very busy but you wouldn't have known by the excellent service we received. Prices were great! My son looked handsome!

As mother of the bride AND bridesmaids, Kaira's Bridal was one stop shopping for us! They have a wonderful selection of dresses at great prices. The staff paid attention to our every detail. I highly recommend this store to anyone planning a wedding.

This little shop on the outskirts of Metro Center Mall is just a treasure chest of great things for your wedding or prom! Whether you are looking for a wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, tuxes or accessories, they have a huge variety to pick from. My friend told me about this shop, but it sounded too good to be true. I went in not expecting to find anything, but it was even better than my friend had said. Not only did I find my dream wedding dress, but the price was 1/2 what I expected to pay. Also found bridesmaid dresses, which were exactly like the ones we had picked in another shop, but the price was $35 cheaper ~ my bridesmaids were thrilled!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. No matter what our request, they were very accommodating. If anyone has a bad experience with this shop, I have to wonder what the real story is because my experience was the best! Great little spot!

I could not be any happier! I was refered to them by my church because of the amazing service that they provide and I was so happy. I found my dress right away- the second one and everytime I have been back they still are so helpful. We got our bridesmaid dresses and the guys' tuxes their and have had the same wonderful experience! I could not ask for more! They made this experience so enjoyable for me!

BEST BRIDAL SHOP IN ARIZONA!!!!! I got married in March 2010 and after having a horrible experience at David's Bridal I came here. The staff was super friendly and helped me find the perfect gown. I didn't have to make an appt and they were more than willing to help even though I was a little picky. When I found the perfect gown, I wanted to add some color to it so it matched with my color them. The ideas that they had were amazing and the seamstress there made the dress perfect with out breaking me on the cost. The tuxes were the least expensive that I found and had some of the best choices. I am so happy with Kaira's. I will be sending anyone who is getting married, needs a formal gown or a tux to them as I could not be happier.
