For about 8 months I worked for Industrial Personnel. I fell in the 20% category of employees who had a home to pay for. 80% of them were homeless, dirty and usually under the influence of something. YET!, Bob (the dispatcher) would still send them out on a work ticket. Everyone, including Bob and Karl could tell they were wasted and didn't care. As for the company behind the scene's, well they were very crooked. The owner would have his workers sent on an assignment that would be considered "skilled labor", which means a minimum of $8 an hour. He would pay them minimum wage. Now speaking of minimum wage...on 01-01-2011 minimum wage went up 0.10. The owner didnt want to pay that and although gas prices didnt increased, the transportation fees DID! That way we were still paid the old wages. This company has no morals and ZERO STANDARDS! If you are a contractor and want quality workers, I RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE! or you will see what im talking about first-hand.

ooooooooooooooooooooo

i wish there was negative stars because you guys would have negative 5 stars. I.P. is great place to work for if you enjoy the company if homeless, fat, stinky, sweaty illegals and that old man behind the counter. You are one sick person if you join this place.
