Technician Al A. Hays Cooling and Heating. EXCELLENT JOB! Polite, courteous, and professional. Actually I think hes the only tech that EVER took the time to hook up a water hose to clean out the unit on the 2nd story roof. When faced with a broken A/C system and a hot day, Mike did everything right to get us back on line. The system had some mismatched components, from a previous company install, and Mike was able to think out of the box to solve the problem. I am impressed and grateful.

He spent more than hour taking measurements, examining our current system, doing a load test, etc. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and his quote was very competitive. Very easy deal with

The whole experience with Hays has been very good for me. First, they give a 2 hour window that they will be here and they have always been on time . Secondly, their service techs have all been very experienced in their trade. Third, The Ladies in the office, thank you so much. Just a very nice bunch of ladies to deal with.

We have been a customer since 2012 and have received very professional, prompt, efficient and friendly service with each and every visit. We have a contract with Hays and we receive reminders of when our A/C units need servicing and it is very easy to schedule our appointments. We appreciate the two hour windows and the fact that we are called when someone is on their way....and if there is a delay, we're called about that too. Very respectful of their customer's time! When they arrive, they put booties on...very respectful of our home. All in all, we are very pleased with the service we have received from Hays and their very knowledgeable and friendly employees.
