With a property portfolio including 28.1 million square feet, its business has a special emphasis in the states of California, Florida, Texas and Arizona. EastGroup Properties provides functional and flexible business distribution space for location sensitive tenants mainly in the 5,000 to 50,000 square foot range. It is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
