I went to this cell phone store and made the mistake of trusting the sales person there, he RIPPED ME OFF $35. I wanted to have a phone turned on through T-Mobile with a prepaid plan for my "Special Needs Son" so that he can call or text me when he leaves for school in the morning and leaves school to come home so that I know that he is there and home safe. Well, I first asked the saleman if I could keep the same phone number that he already has, and the salesman said no! I was then told that I had to pay for the Sim Card that goes into the phone, not only did I find out that I shouldn't have had to pay for the Sim Card by T-Mobile, but this Cricket Store sold me the WRONG SIM CARD and then refused to refund the $35 that they stole from me. This to me is unexcusable, because this phone is for a Special Needs Child, and they ripped me off. DON'T SHOP HERE, IF YOU WANT A PHONE AND SERVICE THAT YOU CAN TRUST, GO TO THE T-MOBILE STORE LOCATED AT 35TH AVE & THUNDERBIRD RD. IN THE FRY'S SHOPPING CENTER AND ASK FOR TYRONE, HE WILL TREAT YOU HONEST AND FAIR!!!!!

This store was very helpful with my problems. There's a girl with red hair who helped me out and always does when I walk in. Always so polite and knows how to make you feel comfortable. I go back there for everything. And I will continue :)
