PLEASE exercise extreme caution if you decide to take the risk and shop here. WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE. YOU MAY LOVE THE SERVICE BEFORE PURCHASE BUT THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY THEN DISGARD YOU. You are nothing to these people.My wife and I purchsed a bed on june 2014. The salesman who's name is joe did a great job selling us on the bed. we were very clear that the price was very high, much more than we could afford, but we really needed a good bed as i had back surgery a year ago and have found it hard to find a decent bed. He looked me right in the eyes and said, well this is the bed for you, you get 90 days no questions asked to try out the bed. Wow we thought, this may be an expensive bed but with that kind of risk free trial we would gladly pay the cost if it worked. Well after a month we could tell this was not the bed for us. When we called to set up a return, I called Joe specifiaclly and all of a sudden hes studdering and mumbling and cant remember saying that. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told no one was there and to call on Monday.(presumably to give the manger a heads up) I called on Monday and asked to speak with a manger. I was told Shayne was on duty but not available and he would return my call as soon as he finished with a customer. well 5 hours later still no call, i call back and ask to speak to a manger, give a different name and WALA right to the manager. You can hear the gears working in his head when he puts it toegther that i tricked him and I thank him for promptly calling me back(which he didnt do) I got an excuse about how he was helping cutomers (even though i was told i would get called back after he finished with his CURRENT customer)basically him not being accountable for anything. After explaining my situation and my frustration at being looked at in the eyes and lied too, he told me he would have to email his boss and wuold get back to me in a day or two tops. A WEEK goes by with no return call so I call them again on monday and ask to speak to a manager. I get another manager who says shayne was not there but he would call him, get the detail of my complaint and call me back very shortly. HE NEVER CALLS ME BACK after i spend the entire day waiting for his call. I call the next day and ask for Shayne, im told, you guessed it, hes busy. I hang up, call back 15 minutes later using the same guise under a different name, and you guessed it right through. He instructs me that he "talked" to his employee and they assured him(because why would he lie right?) that he never offered me the terms im stating he did. they stated they would be willing to let me exchane the bed for store credit(which defeats the purpose of why we tried it) but i couldnt return the bed, and be rembursed for money not used. basically as long as the money stayed in the store they were happy. PLEASE BE WARNED.

I just had to write about my experience when buying furniture for my home. I had heard that friends had bad experiences with this store but mine was great. I worked with their salesman, BJ, and he helped me design my room. He was professional and helpful both during and after the sale. I think the experience depends on the person you work with. I'd highly recommend working with BJ. He did a wonderful job puttin together a beautiful room for us.
