      no a good attorney, didn't do the job he got paid for, he did a closing, and I am still waiting for my closing money, which was 7months ago. Now he will not answer my calls. Will not send me my closing papers, didn't get my sellers deposit until 4months after closing, still waiting for my nj rebate money which I should have got credit for at closing. Took his fee, but didn't do his job. very unhappy with his service
