I am not a customer of this place. I called roadside assistance and they dispatched this company. The driver ( Anthony he said he was the owners son) came late, admittedly I was truly annoyed. He not only blocked my neighbors driveway, his pants were hanging off his rear, and his music was loud. I live in the burbs on a very quiet block. I drive a foreign older car and only 1 power source, that will hold a charge even if u find another it will only juice up once. I am not a know it all, I just know my car. The way he showed up I just wanted him to pop the trunk and leave . I would jump the battery. I just wanted him off my property. He proceeded to tell me to stop talking to him like he didn't know what he was doing. (He definitely didn't it was 10ish at night didn't even have a flashlight to see in the car) and if I would continue talking he would leave. (Should have let him) So I handed them off the key and went in the house.
After about 15 minutes they came and got me because this dude didn't know how to pop the trunk.. (really? Seriously? Yes Seriously) he found a power source, had he listened to me he would never get again. (In the manual that he never read or asked for)

So I'm standing Furious at this point, and I said Sir if you listen to me you would have been out of here a long time ago.

More time passes... finally guess how he gets it open? By doing what I suggested.

I told him that.. in an very angry way.. he than proceeds to disrespect me and call me out my name.. as if he wasnt being paid and he just came over to do community service . Disrespecting me at my house, says since I have so much mouth he closes the truck and says f me.. really? He Says some other stuff, (I did too..what he could kiss) he leaves my car stranded and pulls off laughing. Then he drives back around to laugh some more. When he came back I was fearful . Why come back unless ur trying to intimidate me. Because he did that I gave his info to the police and filed a report just in case, and made a complaint to road side assistance.
The way he slammed the trunk it bent my key, which will cost me almost 200 dollars to replace and reprogram

If this is the boss' son both of you ought to be ashamed. What real man goes back and forth with a woman? Does it make you feel like a big man???
He was paid to do a service., but instead showed his @$$.. in more ways than one.
