Over the last several months my account was given an incorrect address, namely, the Law Office that was handling an Estate for me. The mail was returned to Merrill Lynch and no further effort was made to go back a week and fine the prior mailing list. After much passing from one office to another I was told my account had go into an "Edge Account" because the owner was considered unable to be contacted. My reason for this review is not to complain, After my recent dealings with Merrill over this matter I'm convinced not many really care, but to commend one employee who was singularly interested, helpful and perhaps above all kind. Diane Lolli, Philadelphia, would have my vote for being director of personnel training and ongoing service improvement. She was the singular bright light in my ever darkening dealings with Merrill. She deserves at very least a commendation for being a most excellent representative. She was the one reason I reconsidered closing my account # 7Y1-42T0B.
