General Info

Miguel Leon holds a Bachelor's degree from Temple University and a Doctorate of Law degree from Villanova University and has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years. From 1978 to 1984 he served as Philadelphia Assistant District Counsel for the Small Business Administration. In that role, he litigated on behalf of the agency in Federal bankruptcy courts, conducted training sessions and provided legal advice for various departments within the agency. Since 1984, he has operated his own general law practice and specializes in representing clients with employment issues. He has also litigated in the criminal and family courts of Philadelphia and Bucks counties and served as an Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas.
