      Carrie has been my primary contact person and due to her professionalism and her outstanding customer service is the only reason I decided to bring all of my home health care needs to you there. Carrie is very patient, compassionate and empathetic to my health conditions that requires more attention.       LOUSY. Really bad WAIT for customer service. Need improvement in phone system. After waiting 5 minutes, the system automatically HANGS UP!
