I love these guys! I have been using guaranteed plumbing for about twenty years and have never had a bad experience with them! I found them on Angie's list where they were highly rated and I was not disappointed. They have done everything from un stopping a drain to remodeling a bathroom to installing a water line for my refrigerator. They are professional and prompt in an emergency. Lowe's did a terrible job on remodeling a powder room, charged me a fortune for a room no larger than a closet came out twice to correct a floor problem. I finally had to call guaranteed plumbing to correct the problem! That was over three years ago with no further issues. They're the best!

They sent out the repairman the same day I called and it was not an emergency. This was a minor job, replacing visible pipes under a sink, but I will use them for any job that comes up next.

I called in the evening and the plumber arrived early the next morning. He repaired the leak less than a hour. I am pleased with the service and will recommend the company in the future.

I used this service,because of a water-line break (a semi-emergency / water main had to shut down) behind a wall. I haven't needed a plumber before,so my only option was reviews. (an expediter) who was concerned with my no-water issue and came out the same day. He studied the issue, wrote-up a free estimate (which I agreed with) set-up a work order for ASAP., Anyway, within an hours time I got 2 confirmation calls for 1st work order the next morning. My crew came right-on-time, the crew was polite,professional, I would definitely use Guaranteed Plumbing again, If a situation arises,and absolutely recommend their service to others.

I did call another highly-rated service first. who really didn't seemed concerned with my issue, a hint would be: "Buzz doesn't."

Honestly have used them before and they were OK. My last experience was one I would not wish on anyone. As a GC I say take responsibility for your inexperienced and misleading crew. And fix the job.

These guys are great. I have used them numerous times from small copper lines leaking, to just recently they replaced my whole HVAC system. Every-time they are professional, courteous and get the job done right...will call again!
