Very dissatisfied and disgusted with the Service Department. The tech/tech's that worked on my 2010 equinox made it almost transparent with what they're plans were with fixing my truck or lack thereof. Finally today, after 29 days of Gordon Chevy keeping my truck and constantly and very consistently calling me and telling me that one thing after another needs to be replaced, they called me in to see if it was worth getting into a BRAND new one. After having my "high hopes" from the salesman telling me he can put me in a new truck today, guarenteed, just to have him tell me I would need to still pay the 4000.00 on my truck that they've been "working on" and then put another 4000.00 down on a new one....was very unprofessional. The only people who were actually professional at this place were the women who answered the phones.
