Great Company. Honest and trustworthy. I called for an honest opinion and thats just what I got. The gentlemen that came out, Matt took his time reviewing and explaining what was going on with the drain and what can be done. Very helpful!!!! When you call the company, the secretary was very professional and easy to talk with. After the visit from the plumber she called and checked to see how everything went. That says alot about the company. It shows they are concerned about the situation. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends!

Active Drain and Sewer is a husband and wife team who go above and beyond the call of duty. They were recommended to me by my friend who used their services, and I found them to be just as wonderful as she did. I first called because I had been told by another drain company that my sewer pipe was broken and would have to be dug up, costing between $4000 and $5000. I called Active for a second opinion, and although it was close to the end of the workday, THEY suggested they come out right then, since they were only 20 minutes away. They came and investigated and told me they thought the problem was roots. They used a snake, and two hours later (remember, they had arrived near the end of the work day), they told me it was the toughest job they had done in six months. They saved me, literally, thousands of dollars. They told me before they started the job that their motto was, "We've opened drains where others failed." They were right.
