Worse company I have ever worked with. They gave me a letter stating I had been approved for a home loan , but when all was said and done it cost me a down payment on the house, and a $450.00 appraisal fee and the house was never appraised. They have yet returned any of this money. I was instructed by the loan officer the closing date had been set, and the gentlemen I was buy the house from had gone by the mortgage company to sigh papers for the appraisal on the house. Tell me how a mortgage company could have me spend this money and them say we are not giving you this loan two weeks before we were to close. Stay away!
