Dr Carden is the best! He has so much Medical Knowledge! Awesome doctor! He takes the time to listen to his patients!

I am taking this opportunity to say thank you the doctors and staff at Preferred Medical Group. My son has been a patient of Dr. Chandra's since he was about 2 years old. He has always received exemplary care from her and her staff. My son has suffered several significant losses in his life and has had a difficulties coping from time to time. Dr. Chandra has always been there for me and him with thoughtful and compassionate suggestions and options. This leads me to my next thank you. He began seeing Dr. Dantzler several months ago for counseling and what a blessing she has been. She is very professional and has the kindest spirit. He actually looks forward to every session. She is top notch and I am so thankful for her. Then there is my own medical connection to the Family practice side of this group. Dr. Carden....I could type all night and not say enough about this brilliant, selfless and caring man. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for him. He is a wonderful physician .......period.
I apologize for the length of this post but, I think that we sometimes expect things from our practioners and forget that they are human beings too. They have families and other responsibilities but they always put their patients first. It only takes a few minutes to let people know that you appreciate them.......

Horrible! Horrible! Dr.Chundra is rude and talks down on people that receive medicaid she talks to you like you are nothing and does not have a care about your child needs. I would not take my dog here

Our kids absolutely love coming to see Dr. Chandra. She gets down and talks to them at their level. They always get excited about going to see Dr. Chandra. She has helped our children a lot and we think the world of Dr. Chandra.

The office and the staff is also very child friendly, beautiful and prompt with everything.

Dr. Chandra and her office are wonderful- the office is new, beautifully decorated to be child friendly, courteous, quick and professionally very good- v competent and thorough pediatricians.

Dr Chandra is the best pediatrician in Columbus.

She takes her time with us and explains why she is doing what she is doing. The office is absolutely gorgeous- love the jungle themed lobby and the friendly staff.

I would recommend her because in a matter of two months she has solved all of my childrens problems that our previous doctor could not fix in three years. The office staff was very friendly and the doctors there listened and took care of us. I also noticed she is very down to earth. The office and doctors there seem passionate about what their patients think and need. I have not had one problem and every time i call them if i had to leave a message they call me right back. Everything they are doing there impresses me. She has seperate waiting rooms for sick children and seems very involved in the community. I seen some of the other reviews and was shocked because i have not experienced anything like that.

We absolutely love Phenix City Children's. We are so-o happy to have found this pediatric office. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The office is brand new and so kid-friendly. I love the separate waiting room for sick and well kids and newborn kids. Dr. Chandra has amazing bedside manners and she has made some very good diagnoses for my kids which have helped my kids tremendously. Love this office- you would wish you could clone them.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Yes it is easy to get an appt and the front desk ladies are nice and so is the waiting room. BUT Dr. Chandra is so rude. She has always rushed me through. Doesnt want to address any concerns I have. She is very snippy with children if they arent completly silent and still. I have numerous other problems with her that take to long to explain on here. But if you want to feel inferior and like a bother than go see Dr.Chandra. I will never be back there. I had been with both my children for the last 2 years. But Ive finally had enough.

I will never use this facility again. My family is new to the area (military) and this was our first bad experience in Columbus, GA. I should've known that something was wrong when I called to make an appointment over the phone and I was directed to registered online before they could help me. Well I am one for innovation; however, it still took 3 days to complete the appointment for my 3 children. All three children received the same appointment time and were out within 30 minutes; problem being, my husband and I had major concerns for 2 of our kids. We were given a phone number (referral) for one kid and the rest was dismissed. These issues were all documented and treated cases with our doctors before we moved to Columbus, GA (asthma, allergies, migraines, and toe-walking). So it's not as is we were hypochondriacs or anything. That was our first and final appointment with this facility. If you decide to use this facility, I pray your experience is better than mine.
