Old Mansion's modern processing facility produces a wide variety of spices, custom spice blends, meat rubs and more available in plastic jars, jugs, boxes and bulk. Please sample one of our fine products and appreciate the phrase "Taste is the Test".The spice industry is an agricultural business and is subject to supply and quality changes with each season. Weather conditions, political uncertainty and price instability can severely effect world supplies. Old Mansion's highly trained Quality Control staff samples and analyzes all spices and blends with a battery of laboratory tests to ensure they conform to our exacting specifications.Extensive employee training programs complement our HACCP plan which includes detailed Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP ) and Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP ). These procedures and practices are detailed rules that govern all activities within our plant. Quality Control staff keep detailed reports about each production run and extract samples for laboratory evaluation. Ensuring customer satisfaction, Quality Control must approve all products prior to shipment.
