      William J. Barnwell Apartments is a HUD subsidized, senior housing community located in Perryville, MO. We are an independent living facility serving the needs of low income seniors 62 years of age and older. We offer spacious efficiency and one bedroom apartments with an open concept. With monthly rent based on income, these units are designed to be affordable, offering worry free retirement living. The units have carpet in the living room and bedroom and tile in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Our apartments offer ample closet space and lots of natural lighting making them suitable and inviting. Coin operated laundry is available on second floor for community use. Maintenance is also included. Other features include a secured front door with call system and emergency pull cords located in all units. Our building is conveniently located near the town square directly across from the Senior Center. Also nearby are the post office, grocery store, barber shops and hair salons, banks, and restaurants.
