The process was rushed, photographer did not help adjust anyones out of place clothing or things of that nature. She didn't ask my opinion on poses and was not going to picture my 2 children until I asked (family photo with daughter and her husband) I was told I was unable to order 16*12 or 11*14 photos unless it was a special order and I had to order them framed. To receive the CD to have them made and paid again it was a minimum of $377, than I had to pick 15 poses and I received 3 sheets of each of these and a bunch of stupid books and a calendar. I wanted 8 sheets of the same pose and none of some and was told I was unable to do that. I do not recommend going there unless you are going to pick 1 pose to use a coupon. You will spend a ton of money on crappy pictures. This is my first and LAST time having pictures done; I will instead go to a real profession next time to spend that kind of money and receive great pictures and personal service. I am not a picky person but that is a lot of money for pictures

I love going to this studio! Great service, great photography! Sometimes the wait is a little longer than I expect, but mostly because people love going there and they are so busy! Plus Levis Commons has so much to do while you wait!

These people are amazing! Wouldn't take my son ANYWHERE else!!!
