Bryon J. Will and John Douglas Dunivan are attorneys who practice in Perry. They serve clients in a number of legal areas, including basic matters such as probate, trusts & wills, and LLCs, to more complicated issues, including IRS tax matters and bankruptcy. ">Both attorneys have deep roots in Noble County, dating back to the Land Run of 1893. John's Great-grandparents, Lawrence (Sut) and Vashti Speer, were pioneers who staked a claim, then farmed, near Bill's Corner, west of Morrison. He is the son of Dale Dunivan, Perry, and Delores Dunivan, Stillwater. Bryon is also a third generation Noble County native. His parents, Eldon and Nedra, continue to farm land that has been in the Will family, for some 100 years. ">Both Will and Dunivan graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law, and are licensed to practice in all state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. In addition, Bryon is licensed to practice in Bankruptcy Court, and John is licensed with the U.S. Tax Court.
